As TIND COO, I work closely with many areas of the operations, including customer experience and support, new customer implementations, and product development. I live in the Santa Cruz, California - just over the hill from the heart of Silicon Valley - with my husband, Lindsay, and my extraordinary dog, Emma. Originally from Minneapolis, MN, my life and work have taken me around the world - first, on tour through Europe as a professional figure skater, then to Australia where EBL was founded, on to Bristol and London, UK and now in the Bay Area. In my free-time, you'll find me at the beach or in the mountains or enjoying a good book or film.

I have 20+ years of experience in academic publishing and education technology. Prior to TIND, my particular area of expertise was in ebook and books technology. I was President of EBL where I designed and developed one of the early ebook platforms for academic and research libraries. With Proquest's acquisition of EBL, I joined ProQuest as the VP and GM of the books division. I managed the integration of two major ebook platforms, ebrary and EBL, and later physical books platform, Coutts OASIS, into a common books offering and tightly coupled with other ProQuest/ExLibris products.
