TIND advances its development of electronic resource management features with two user institutions now testing an early concept of license management and display. Rebecca Neel, Assistant Director for Resource Management & User Experience at the David L. Rice Library of University of Southern Indiana, and Joaquin Clay, Head of Serials Processing Unit at the University of California at Berkeley Law Library, will share the current status of conversations and developments with TIND.
